Sourced from the best and oldest blocks of Chardonnay, this 100% Chardonnay is hand-harvested and carefully vinified to highlight its purity and richness. The wine undergoes fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by 18 months aging on lees, adding depth and a creamy texture. The nose is layered with white fruits like apples and peaches, complemented by tropical hints of banana, papaya, vanilla, and caramel.
