We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient. You can pay using American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Mastercard, PayPal or Visa. Choose the option that works best for you!
Standard Shipping (2-4 days):
For all deliveries within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €9.95 (incl. VAT) per order applies for orders with fewer than 12 bottles/items.
Orders of 12 to 18 bottles or a total value of €100 or more qualify for free shipping nationwide (excluding German islands).
Express Shipping (Next Business Day Delivery by 18:00):
For express deliveries within Germany, an additional flat fee of €12 (incl. VAT) per order applies.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM will usually be delivered the next day.
For express shipping within the EU or special delivery requests, we are happy to provide a customized quote.
We do not offer international shipping outside of Europe, but we ship to every country within Europe.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wines based on personal taste. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Wine Storage and Serving
Store your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 10-15°C. Keep the bottle lying on its side if it has a cork to maintain the cork's moisture and prevent it from drying out. Avoid exposing your wine to direct sunlight, vibrations, or excessive humidity.
Red wines are best served between 16-18°C to bring out their full flavors. White wines are ideally served cooler, around 8-12°C, for crispness and freshness. Rosé wines are similar to whites and should be served at 8-10°C to enhance their light, refreshing character. Sparkling wines can be served even colder, around 6-8°C.
An opened bottle of wine can typically last 3-5 days if resealed and stored in the fridge. Red wines may last slightly longer if stored at a cool, stable temperature. Using a wine preserver or vacuum stopper can extend the wine’s freshness.
Decanting is recommended for many red wines, especially older vintages or wines with heavy tannins, as it helps aerate the wine and remove sediment. Even some younger wines can benefit from decanting to open up their aromas and flavors. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for specific recommendations!
