Calyptra's Inédito is an outstanding, limited-edition red blend from the Chachapoal Andes Valley, crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon,  Merlot, and Syrah. Sourced from low-yielding vines in a high-altitude ravine, the grapes are hand-harvested and undergo meticulous vinification. Aged for 28 months in French oak barrels, followed by 24 months of bottle aging, this wine develops deep aromas of fresh red fruit, cherries, plums, and wild berries, with subtle hints of spice, tobacco, and violets. The palate is full-bodied, well-structured, and beautifully balanced, with smooth tannins and bright acidity leading to a long and elegant finish. This is a wine of great character, elegance, and aging potential.
