Hand-harvested and meticulously crafted, this 100% Syrah undergoes cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance its depth and complexity. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by 18 months of bottle aging, it develops intense aromas of blackberry, blueberry, black currant, and hints of tobacco, black pepper, and balsamic notes. The palate is structured yet silky, with refined tannins and a long, balanced finish. A true expression of Syrah’s richness and elegance.
