Calyptra Vivendo Chardonnay is a fresh, vibrant white wine from the Alto Cachapoal region. It is hand-harvested from a high-altitude ravine, ensuring optimal ripeness and acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures and aged for 12 months in stainless steel, this wine maintains its pure fruit expression. The nose bursts with tropical aromas of mango, pineapple, and citrus, complemented by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, bright, and well-balanced, with crisp acidity and a long, floral aftertaste. A powerful yet refined Chardonnay, perfect for any occasion.
