Shipping Costs and Delivery Terms

For all deliveries within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €9.95 (including VAT) applies to orders with fewer than 12 bottles/items.

For orders of 12 bottles/items or more, we offer free delivery within Germany (free home delivery) to a single shipping address.

EU Countries: A flat fee of €19 (including VAT) applies to each order/delivery to a single shipping address.

The minimum order value is €5.99.

For international shipping outside the EU, higher shipping costs will apply. Additional taxes and fees may be charged for deliveries to non-EU countries. Customs duties are already included in the shipping surcharges. For shipping to non-EU countries, please contact us directly regarding shipping costs and options: shop@mankewe.com.

Your delivery from MANKEWE GmbH will be handled by our logistics partners DPD/UPS/DHL/Hermes/GLS.

All shipments are insured. If there are any issues during shipping, we will provide replacements quickly and free of charge. Using certified shipping cartons ensures that your delivery is as protected as possible during transit.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provide. Unless otherwise specified, this address will match the billing address. If you wish to provide a different shipping address, please inform us at the time of order placement.

Unless a specific delivery date is requested, shipments will be made Monday through Friday. The delivery time for ordered goods is 3–4 days from the conclusion of the contract. You will receive your order no later than 9 days after placing it, unless a different delivery time has been agreed upon. Additional costs may apply for specific delivery date requests. Upon receipt, please inspect the packages to ensure they are undamaged and contain the correct products and quantities. Any discrepancies or damages should be noted by the courier and reported to us promptly. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

We also offer international shipping upon request. Special services or scheduled delivery options are not available for international shipments.

All items are generally available for immediate shipping. Deviations in delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.

As a rule, all orders are shipped in a single delivery. If not all ordered products are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided this is reasonable for you.

If the delivery of goods fails after three delivery attempts, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded promptly.

If a product is unavailable because we have not received delivery from our suppliers through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and may propose delivering a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if you do not wish to receive one, we will promptly refund any payments already made.

If the vintage of a wine you ordered is no longer available, we reserve the right to deliver an equivalent wine or the subsequent vintage.
